BECOME A VOLUNTEER SUPPORTER AT L-SUPPORT

Many people are affected by violence and discrimination because of their actual or perceived homosexual orientation. L-Support provides competent counselling and support for specific target groups and specifically records acts of violence against lesbians in Berlin. The two most important areas of work for volunteers are telephone counselling and public relations work.

SUPPORT THE INITIATIVE MY VOICE, MY CHOICE

As a citizens' initiative, My Voice, My Choice campaigns for safe and accessible abortion in the EU, as more than 20 million women across Europe do not have access to safe abortion. Even today, women can die because of this - because they lack financial resources, forced to travel long distances and seek unsafe alternatives. This can be changed. Sign the My Voice, My Choice petition.

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE PORTRAYAL OF ABORTION IN FILM AND TELEVISION

Abortion TV is a project by filmmaker and cultural scientist Franzis Kabisch. Since 2019, she has been conducting artistic and scientific research on the representation of abortion in film and television and wants to find out how cinematic narratives and social narratives about abortion are connected. Find out how abortions are staged in fictional plots, why it never seems to work without crisis and conflict and who is making it all up.

LEARN ABOUT QUEER FAMILY FORMS

With this manual, LesLeFam, an association advocating for queer FLINTA* individuals, provides information for professionals in education and those interested in various aspects of queer (family) diversity. The materials aim to inspire reflection on professional attitudes and to develop new perspectives on working with families. LesLeFam also offers counseling services for queer individuals wishing to have children.
