Sign the petition by Queermany against the proposed special register for trans*, inter*, and non-binary people. The petition calls for: no extra records of previous gender entries, equal privacy rights as for marriage and name changes, a genuine non-disclosure rule without loopholes, and strict protection of sensitive data without any unauthorized sharing.

The association advocates for the rights, visibility, and self-determination of trans* people and carries out important awareness-raising and educational work. However, many of its projects have limited funding—which is why the association relies on donations to sustain its work over the long term.

Find support

TransInterQueer (TrIQ) The peer counseling team at TransInterQueer (TrIQ) offers psychosocial and professional support to adults in Berlin, their family members, and professionals. Counseling is non-directive and covers topics such as identity issues, coming out, social changes, medical, legal, or social transition/detransition, as well as finding TIN-sensitive therapists.

Telefon Seelsorge

The Telefon Seelsorge offers anonymous and confidential support around the clock via phone, chat, or email. People in crisis or difficult situations can talk about their worries, fears, or life questions and receive professional help and guidance.

The Muslim Counseling Hotline offers confidential advice and support for Muslims in crisis or challenging life situations. Trained counselors are available by phone or email to discuss worries, fears, and personal concerns.

GLADT e.V. offers free psychosocial counselling for LSBTI*Q+ people affected by racism in Berlin – anonymous, confidential and based on solidarity and peer support, available in multiple languages.

OFEK e.V., founded in 2017 in Berlin, is the first specialist counselling centre in Germany dedicated to professional and community-oriented support for those affected by antisemitism.
