Der Verein iranischer Flüchtlinge in Berlin bietet umfassende Beratung für iranische und afghanische Geflüchtete, insbesondere in der ersten Phase des Asylverfahrens. Dabei werden Schutzsuchende zu ihren Rechten informiert, auf das Verfahren vorbereitet sowie bei der Suche nach Anwälten und der Übersetzung von Dokumenten unterstützt. Das Angebot richtet sich nicht nur an Menschen in Berlin, sondern wird bundesweit – oft telefonisch oder online – in Anspruch genommen. Als eine der wenigen spezialisierten Anlaufstellen übernimmt der Verein zudem eine wichtige Informations- und Unterstützungsfunktion für andere Beratungsstellen.
The Telefon Seelsorge offers anonymous and confidential support around the clock via phone, chat, or email. People in crisis or difficult situations can talk about their worries, fears, or life questions and receive professional help and guidance.
The Muslim Counseling Hotline offers confidential advice and support for Muslims in crisis or challenging life situations. Trained counselors are available by phone or email to discuss worries, fears, and personal concerns.
OFEK e.V., founded in 2017 in Berlin, is the first specialist counselling centre in Germany dedicated to professional and community-oriented support for those affected by antisemitism.
