Ukrainian refugees can find comprehensive support in Germany through the Germany4Ukraine portal, which provides information on residence, accommodation, work, health, and social services in Ukrainian, Russian, English, and German. The platform also offers a helpline that provides advice and practical assistance, as well as the option to report war crimes. In addition, digital services such as the Germany4Ukraine guide and the app make it easier to navigate daily life and access government services.

The Telefon Seelsorge offers anonymous and confidential support around the clock via phone, chat, or email. People in crisis or difficult situations can talk about their worries, fears, or life questions and receive professional help and guidance.

Das Muslimische Seelsorge-Telefon bietet vertrauliche Beratung und Unterstützung für Muslim*innen in Krisen oder belastenden Lebenssituationen. Geschulte Berater*innen stehen telefonisch oder per E-Mail für Gespräche über Sorgen, Ängste und persönliche Fragen zur Verfügung.

GLADT e.V. offers free psychosocial counselling for LSBTI*Q+ people affected by racism in Berlin – anonymous, confidential and based on solidarity and peer support, available in multiple languages.


 

OFEK e.V., founded in 2017 in Berlin, is the first specialist counselling centre in Germany dedicated to professional and community-oriented support for those affected by antisemitism.
