SIGN THE PETITION FOR THE RELEASE OF POLITICALLY IMPRISONED JOURNALISTS 

Petitions are a powerful tool for bringing important issues onto the political agenda and effecting change in society. Journalists, reporters and bloggers are imprisoned in authoritarian states and dictatorships around the world. This can be changed with public pressure. Reporters Without Borders is campaigning for the release and support of Maria Ressa, Ihsane el-Kadi and Jimmy Lai. You can help by signing the petition.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT L-SUPPORT

Many people are affected by violence and discrimination because of their actual or perceived homosexual orientation. L-Support provides competent counselling and support for specific target groups and specifically records acts of violence against lesbians in Berlin. The two most important areas of work for volunteers are telephone counselling and public relations work.

GET INVOLVED IN EUROPEAN YOUTH PARLIAMENT

The European Youth Parliament (EYP) is a peer-to-peer educational programme that connects youth across borders and provides space for political debate, personal development, and exchanging ideas. Since 1987, the EYP network has become one of the largest platforms for youth engagement, spans 40 European countries, and has empowered hundreds of thousands of young Europeans to become active citizens.
